Jeet Kune Do is a Martial Art and philosphy of life founded by Bruce Lee. It is made up from 4 ranges of combat; Kicking, Punching, Trapping and Grappling with a smooth-flowing technique between them. Based on the idea of attacking your opponent while they are preparing to attack you and combat realism as opposed to theory, the focus is on minimal movement with maximum effect and high speed.

Submission wrestling is a formula of competition and a general term for martial arts and combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining joint locks and choke holds to defeat the opponent via a submission. Submission wrestling can be used for sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defence.

What is Brazilian JiuJitsu or BJJ?

Brazilian ju-jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and self defence system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by the proper technique, leverage and most notably, take the fight to the ground and then applying joint locks and choke holds to defeat the opponent. BJJ can be used for sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defence.
